    Hello Lisa,

    I was just reading your recently posted Brazil Butt Lift workout. It appears to have all the necessary tools to get the job accomplished. I’m sure it could assist in my workout program, but I’m not too sure about doing this being a male. Can this benefit me along with the workouts I already doing that contain squats, lunges, and sprinting? Thanks in advance…

    I will definitely have to check it out. I would like to ensure I remain fit and sometimes I just can’t find good workouts to really target my glutes. I’m also looking forward to it working my hamstrings. I sometimes neglect working them into my workouts. Thanks again.

    Definitely a good article. I must admit that I was skeptical at first (being a guy and all) about doing Brazil Butt Lift. Its not exactly a masculine title for a guy to workout too, lol. But, do not take this workout lightly or think its simply for women. I had the opportunity to be introduced to Brazil Butt Lift, by Lisa (and I didn’t have the luxury of being able to read this article ahead of time). And I must say, it works more than just your butt ;). You get a good workout on and you learn some dance skills at the same time. I really enjoyed the workout. There is nothing better than getting healthy and having fun while you do it. Thanks for the great post and remember that anyone can benefit from this workout, even the uncoordinated folks lol.
