Hey Everyone! This past weekend I wrapped up my 90 Days of the Les Mills Pump workout program and I am really happy with my results. I loved each of the trainers for there motivation and great explanation of each workout move. I never felt lost or confused about what I was doing with this program. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to try to do weight lifting and have never done it before. The first 30 days really focuses on you maintaining your form and builds you up for phase 2 and phase 3 perfectly.
