    Brazil Butt Lift Workout Review

Are you searching for Brazil Butt Lift Workout reviews? Want to know if this program is for you or not? Well I’m glad you landed here on my post.  In my post today, I’m going to give you a review of the Brazil Butt Lift workout program and explain what you can expect out of this results-driven program.

Brazil Butt Lift is a workout system created by Beachbody, a company that offers the top fitness programs as seen on TV like Insanity, TurboFire, Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs and more. Brazil Butt Lift workout is the system that claims to have your butt lifted and transformed in under 60 days.

Inside the Brazil Butt Lift workout program, you get 6 workout routines and 1 Bonus routine in DVDs, an easy to follow meal plan, 6-Day Supermodel SlimDown Plan, a Booty Makeover Guide and Calendar, Triangle Training workout cards, Resistance Band, Measurement Tracker Card and Tape Measure, Pencil (I’ll explain more about the pencil which is quite funny…) and online support. Leandro Carvalho, is the personal trainer behind this highly popular workout and weight loss program. Many of the world’s top bikini supermodels work out with Leandro, referred to as the “Brazilian Butt Master.”

Introducing “TriAngle Training Technique” – Brazil Butt Lift Workout Review

    Leandro Carvalho - Personal Trainer

    Leandro Carvalho - Personal Trainer

The program’s effectiveness is based on a concept called “Triangle Training Technique”.  Triangle Training works the three major muscles of the buttocks: the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus, working them from all angles to lift, firm and shape the perfect behind.  When you work the butt muscles from multiple angles, you’re not only working those specific muscles, you’re also working the “heads” of the muscles, the parts that attach to the pelvic bone (which provides support between the upper and lower parts of your body) and the hamstring.  This is what gives you the lift and shape that every woman (and man too) wants.

Leandro combines Brazilian dance, cardio, and his signature lower-body sculpting moves to help you get the “sexy butt” you’ve always wanted.

In this Brazil Butt Lift Workout Review, I’d like to share a few of the success stories :

The Workout Routines – Brazil Butt Lift Workout Review

As mentioned earlier, there are 6 workout routines and 1 Bonus routine. The Six workout DVDs are labeled as followed:

    • Booty Basics – This is the Intro DVD. Leandro shares his signature moves and proper form that will help you get the most out of your workouts. (20 minutes)
    • Bum Bum – (pronounced “boom boom”; Brazilian nickname for “butt”) Leandro’s signature workout combines fat-blasting cardio with the best butt-sculpting moves you’ve ever tried. (35 minutes)
    • Bum Bum Rapido – Bonus routine. This express version of Bum Bum lifts your butt when you’re short on time. (10 minutes)
    • High & Tight – Reduce, shape, and lift your butt with this targeted, tush-tightening workout. Leandro used his secret weapons—the strength band and ankle weight—to take your butt to new heights! (35 minutes)
    • Sculpt – Tighten and tone your muscles from head to toe with Leandro’s “no-bulk” training techniques in this total-body workout. (50 minutes)
    • Cardio Axe – Feel like you’re dancing in the streets of Brazil with this fat-burning, cardio-blasting, dance-based workout. (30 minutes)
    • Tummy Tuck – No surgery here! Just Leandro’s surefire way to get flat, sexy abs in no time. (20 minutes)

Equipment needed to perform most of these workouts are dumb bells for the sculpt dvd and a resistance band for the High and Tight dvd. The other dvds are cardio-focused.

The “Pencil Test” – Brazil Butt Lift Workout Review

Ok so I mentioned explaining the “Pencil” that is included with the workout program. You would simply take the pencil and place it in the crease where your butt meets the top of the back of your thigh. If the pencil stays put or actually disappears, your butt lacks the lift that reduces that crease. (Oh…Oh! You need Brazil Butt Lift!)

The goal is to lose fat and firm your butt so it’s lifted and well therefore the pencil falls on the floor. Brazil Butt Lift unlocks the secret to getting the perfect lift.

Advantages of Brazil Butt Lift Workout Program

The advantages of Brazil Butt Lift Workout is that it’s a one-time purchase and you own the workout that can be used over and over again with no other purchases or monthly cost. It comes with a 100%, 90-Day Satisfaction guarantee.

You can take the program with you when on vacation or business travel. It includes Triangle Training Workout Cards. Bring along various resistance band when dumbbells are not an option.

Disadvantages of Brazil Butt Lift Workout Program

One of the disadvantages of Brazil Butt Lift Workout is that some of the routines are complex to do and require coordination. You will need to watch the Booty Basic DVDs a couple of times to understand how to do some of the routines properly.

Another disadvantage is that you will be doing at most two workouts a day; totaling up to 55 minutes.  You’ll need to plan ahead if you decide to do the workouts in the morning before going into work or your a stay at home mom or dad with small children.

I can tell you first hand that I struggled during my first two weeks with the program until I was comfortable with the workouts.

Is Brazil Butt Lift Workout For You?

The first thing to do is identify if you are fit to sweat it out with Brazil Butt Lift.  You need to know if you are prepared mentally and physically.  Although this fitness program could be followed by anybody, meaning beginners, it would require hard work, dedication, and determination.   Aside from the exercise routines, Brazil Butt Lift also requires followers to adapt a nutrition and diet plan.  You should be mentally prepared to follow a strict regimen.

Are you ready to try Brazil Butt Lift Workout?

Expect 60 days of hard training and exercises from BBL which is why determination and willpower is important when opting for this type of fitness program.  It is not only a fitness program but a drastic lifestyle change.  But just like when starting any other fitness and diet program, doctor’s advise is very important.

    Hello Lisa,

I was just reading your recently posted Brazil Butt Lift workout. It appears to have all the necessary tools to get the job accomplished. I’m sure it could assist in my workout program, but I’m not too sure about doing this being a male. Can this benefit me along with the workouts I already doing that contain squats, lunges, and sprinting? Thanks in advance…

    • Lisa says:

Hi Emil, thank you for your comment. Yes, this program can add more benefits to your current routine by adding different moves to target the quads, gluteal and hamstring areas. This workout is great for men too!

  2. Jimmy says:

Lisa way to go on providing leadership and support for anyone looking to make a change in their life health wise.
This review really gives someone the info they need to make a better informed decision!
Either way Lisa is consistent so if your looking to make consistent changes, she is your Gal!

BTW I LOVE BBL Transformation Videos! Hehe!

  3. Emil says:

I will definitely have to check it out. I would like to ensure I remain fit and sometimes I just can’t find good workouts to really target my glutes. I’m also looking forward to it working my hamstrings. I sometimes neglect working them into my workouts. Thanks again.

  4. Cynthia says:

Great Review, really appreciate the info on the advantages and disadvantages.

  5. Darren says:

It sounds funny, but I am sure it is a killer workout. I know that after a bunch of squats, lunges and leg lifts, my muscles are burning. It is a catchy name. Thanks for the share.

  6. Rick McKee says:

Thanks for a great post and all the info! I probably won’t do this one but will certainly share all your insights when asked.

  7. I love BBL! I’m totally uncoordinated and going the wrong direction half the time, but it’s still a great workout!

  8. Great post Lisa! I now have a great post to send to someone who is interested in getting a nicer butt! I am glad that I don’t have to worry about showing off my butt in a bikini haha

  9. Corey says:

Definitely a good article. I must admit that I was skeptical at first (being a guy and all) about doing Brazil Butt Lift. Its not exactly a masculine title for a guy to workout too, lol. But, do not take this workout lightly or think its simply for women. I had the opportunity to be introduced to Brazil Butt Lift, by Lisa (and I didn’t have the luxury of being able to read this article ahead of time). And I must say, it works more than just your butt ;). You get a good workout on and you learn some dance skills at the same time. I really enjoyed the workout. There is nothing better than getting healthy and having fun while you do it. Thanks for the great post and remember that anyone can benefit from this workout, even the uncoordinated folks lol.

  10. Rich Taub says:

This workout is alot harder then most people think.

    Good overview :)

  11. Jared says:

I actually have done one of these workouts…it’s no joke!

  12. Melody Garza says:

BBL is one my faves! It’s like old school butt exercises meets fun, samba music! If you don’t think you’ll be sore, think again!

  13. Tina says:

Great Review Lisa! Lots of info! Just worried about the 2 workouts a day but I also like the idea of 2 short videos than 1 long one. Is this program good for weight lost or just toning?
