• Fitness Tip of the Week: Wear Your Workout Clothes to Bed

    Wear clean workout clothes to bed.  One way I help myself push to workout in the mornings is to go to bed the night before with my workout clothes on (clean ones of course…lol).  This way when the alarm goes off…all I do is go to my workout room and put my sneakers on and hit “play” on my DVD.   Try this yourself and see if it helps.  =)
